By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking Policy in full.
Appointment Booking
All appointments must be booked in advance. Appointments can be made via phone, message, or our online booking system. A booking is only secured once confirmation has been provided by our clinic.
Deposit Policy
A deposit may be required for certain treatments, doctor-led procedures, or longer appointment sessions. Any deposit paid will be deducted from the total treatment cost on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid delays for other clients. Full treatment fees will still apply regardless of shortened treatment time.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. Any deposit paid will be forfeited, and future bookings may require full prepayment.
Doctor Consultation Policy
For doctor-led appointments, a medical consultation is conducted to assess suitability and provide professional advice.
If a doctor appointment is booked and no treatment is performed on the day, a consultation fee of $150 will apply.
